1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to EventPro Technologies ("EventPro", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our event management platform, website, ticket booking services, and related applications located at EventPro.

By registering for an account, purchasing tickets, or creating events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To use certain features, such as listing an event or purchasing a ticket, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your credentials.

3. Event Ticketing & Payments

EventPro provides a ticketing infrastructure connecting organizers and attendees:

• Pricing: All ticket prices and fee breakdowns are displayed prior to final checkout.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely handled via authorized third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• Instant Digital Delivery: Upon successful transaction verification, digital tickets containing unique verification QR codes are instantly issued and made downloadable in the Attendee Dashboard, as well as delivered via email.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers who publish events on EventPro certify that:

• They hold all necessary legal rights, permits, and permissions to host the advertised event.
• Event details, descriptions, ticket prices, and venue locations are accurate and not misleading.
• They will honor all genuine tickets verified via the EventPro Scanner infrastructure.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Using the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial activities.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, reverse-engineer, or overload our cloud infrastructure.
• Reproducing, copying, or duplicating tickets without explicit authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EventPro Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, venue disruptions, acts of God, or third-party conduct.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Khordha / Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
