• Transaction Details: Payment order IDs, payment status, amount paid, and ticket references. Note that sensitive card credentials or bank passwords are securely processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay) and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device browser type, operating system, and interaction logs.

We use the collected information for purposes including:

• Processing ticket purchases and delivering QR verification passes.
• Verifying user accounts and maintaining platform security.
• Sending transactional notifications, receipts, and event-related updates.

3. Payment Security & Third Parties

All online financial transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways such as Razorpay. Razorpay complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

Your data is securely stored within Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS in transit and AES-256 at rest) to safeguard against unauthorized access.

We use session tokens and browser local storage to maintain your authenticated login session and preferences. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some platform features may be restricted.
